सर्दी का मौसम धीरे धीरे जा रहा है और गर्मियों का मौसम आ रहा है. अब मौसम बदल रहा है तो नै तरह की समस्याएं भी सामने आयेंगी भी. आम तौर पर लोग अपने शरीर के जोड़ पर कालापन की समस्या से प्रभावित रहते हैं. कोई कोहनी या घुटने के कालेपन को लेकर हमें टोक देता है जिससे हमको शर्मिंदा होना पड़ता है। महिलाओं और पुरूष दोनों में ही इस प्रकार की समस्या को देखा जाता है क्योंकि यह समस्या एक आम समस्या है। 
आज हम आपको कोहनी और घुटनों के कालेपन से छुटकारा पाने के लिए कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे बता रहे हैं। इन्हें आजमाकर आप कुछ ही दिनों में कालेपन की समस्या से हमेशा से लिए छुटकारा पा सकते हैं। शरीर में जोड़ों का कालापन कोई चौंकाने वाली समस्या नहीं है क्योंकि शरीर के अन्य अंगों के मुकाबले जोड़ों की स्किन थोड़ी मोटी होती है। जिसके चलते ये आसानी से काली हो जाती है।

क्या है कारण घुटनों और कुहनियों के काला होने का –

जब डेड स्किन सेल्स कोहनी या घुटने पर जम जाती है तो ये काले हो जाते हैं।

इसके अलावा जब हम कोहनी और घुटनों को साफ करने की मंशा से ज्यादा रगड़ देते हैं उसके बाद ये साफ होने के बजाय और भी काले पड़ जाते हैं।

कोहनी और घुटनों पर अधिक बल रखने से भी ये काले होते हैं। कई लोग घुटनों के सहारे बैठकर घर में पोंछा या डस्टिंग करते हैं। जो कालेपन का सबसे बड़ा कारण है।

हद से ज्यादा मोटापा या हद से ज्यादा पतला होने के कारण भी कोहनी और घुटनों के कालेपन की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

खीरे की 2-4 स्लाइश बना लें। अब 1 स्लाइश लें और इसे 10 से 15 मिनट तक प्रभावित अंग पर रगड़े। इसके बाद 5 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें और अब ठण्डे पानी से धोएं। अब दूसरी प्रक्रिया स्क्रब की है। स्क्रब करने के लिए एक कंटेनर में बेकिंग सोडा लें। अगर ये नहीं है तो आप चीनी का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। अब इसमें कुछ मात्रा दूध की शामिल करें। इन्हें मिक्स करें अब इससे 5 मिनट तक कालीपन वाली जगह पर स्क्रब करें। आप स्क्रब के दौरान ब्रश का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। इससे ज्यादा अच्छी तरह साफ होगा।

अब वाइटनिंग पैक बनाने के लिए 2 चम्मच प्याज का पेस्ट, 2 चम्म्च नींबू का रस आधा चम्मच शहद और 1 चम्म्च बेसन लेकर इन्हें आपस में अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें। प्याज में एंटी आॅक्सीडेंट होता है जो स्किन को डीप तक नॉरिश करता है और कालेपन को हटाता है। नींबू में 6 प्रतिशत सिट्रिक ऐसिड है जो स्किन टोन को हल्का करता हैं। शहद एक नेचुरल ब्लीचिंग है और ये स्किन पोर्स को साफ और चमकदार बनाता है।

बेसन एक स्किन वाइटनिंग एजेंट है। ये चेहरे को साफ करने के साथ ही दाग धब्बे भी दूर करता हैं। इस पैक को 30 मिनट तक लगाकर छोड़ दें। अब साफ पानी से धो लें। हमारा दावा है कि इस प्रक्रिया को 3 से 4 बार करने के बाद ही आपको कोहनी और घुटनों के कालेपन से हमेशा के लिए छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।
