Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical test is conducted every year by Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj medical university. Eligibility criteria:
Educational criteria: Candidates should have passed 10th+2 with minimum 50% in Physics chemistry and biology.
Age Limit: candidate should have age at least of 17 years and not more than 25 years.Age relaxation for reserved category candidates is applicable as per government norms.

- First of all download official notification.
- Read official notification carefully.
Register
- Click on Register link
- Fill all mandatory details like name, email id, mobile number, password etc.
- Provided information should be correct especially mobile number and email id.
Login:
- After registration candidates will get a verification code on their mobile and email.
- Use verification code while login.
Fill Application Form:
- Fill all valid and accurate details in application form.
- Upload scanned passport size photo and signature.
- Verify all details and submit application.
Pay Application fee:
- After submission of application form candidates have to pay application fee.
- Application fee is Rs.1400/- for general/OBC category candidates and Rs.700/- for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.
- Candidates can pay application fee through online mode by using credit/debit card or net banking.
- Application fee can be paid through offline mode also.
- To pay application fee through offline mode candidates have to print a challan and submit it with cash to authorized bank.
Exam Pattern:
- The exam time duration is of 3 hours.
- There are total 200 questions
- Question paper contains 4 subjects named Botany, Physics, Zoology and Chemistry.
- Each subject consist 50 questions of 50 marks.
Selection Procedure: colleges will be allotted on the basis of candidates marks in written test.
