About Assam Board: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council was established on 1st June, 2015 to arrange, handle and develop the System of Higher Secondary Education in the State of Assam. Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) conducts exams every year in the month of February-March for HSLC and class HSE (12th) exams. In the previous year, the Assam Board HSLC exams was held in across 823 centers across the state and around 3, 84,700 candidates appeared for the exam.
