Qualification & Experience:-

General Manager(Commercial/ Marketing)	i) Graduate with MBA (Sales and Marketing). ii) Should have 14 yrs. experience in relevant field with 3 years in Addl. Gen. Manager’s scale of Rs 29100 - 54500 or equivalent.
Additional General Manager(Merchandising/ Buying)	i) Graduate with 50% marks in aggregate with MBA/ PG diploma in purchasing/ Marketing. ii) Should have 8 yrs. experience in the relevant field with 3 yrs. in Manager’s pay scale of Rs. 24500 - 50500 or equivalent.
Manager (Marketing & Corporate Communication)	i) Graduate with MBA (Sales and Marketing). ii) Should have 5 yrs. experience in relevant field with 3 yrs. in DM's scale of Rs 20600-46500 or equivalent.
Manager (Information Technology)	i) MCA. ii) Should have 5 yrs. exp. in the relevant field with 3 yrs. in DM’s scale of Rs. 20600-46500 or equivalent.
Manager (Commercial, ISD & Publicity)	i) Graduate with MBA (Sales and Marketing). ii) Should have 5 yrs. experience in relevant field with 3 yrs. in DM's scale of Rs 20600-46500 or equivalent.
Deputy Manager(Marketing & Corporate Communication)	i) Graduate with MBA (Sales and Marketing). ii) Should have 3 yrs. experience in relevant field with 1 year in AM's scale of Rs 16400-40500 or equivalent.
Deputy Manager(Finance)	i) CA/ MBA (Finance). ii) Should have 3 yrs. exp. in the relevant field with one year in AM’s pay scale of Rs.16,400 - 40500 or equivalent.
