Qualification:-

Post Name	Qualification
General Manager	Engg. graduate in their relevant discipline.
Additional General Manager	i) Engg. graduate in Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronics /Naval Architecture discipline. ii) MBA /PG Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Logistics Management will be preferred.
Deputy General Manager	Engg. graduate in their relevant discipline.
Senior Manager	i) Graduate with Master Home Trade certificate/ Inland Master certificate. ii) Engg. graduate in their relevant discipline ORdegree with MBA/ PG degree/ diploma in HR or equivalent.
Junior Manager	Graduate in any discipline or PG degree in relevant subject.
