Indian Army 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme 2016 Online Application (90 Vacancies)

Indian Army invites applications from unmarried Male Candidates for Permanent Commission 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme Course - 35 Commencing From July 2016. Indian Nationals who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army after 4 years of Basic Military Training and Technical Training. The Online Registration will open on 20th October 2015 at 10:00 Hours and close on 6th December 2015 at 10:00 Hours.

Not below 16 & 1/2 Years and Above 19 & 1/2 Years as on the first date of the month (i.e. the candidate should not be born before 01 Jan 1997 and not after 01 Jan 2000 (both days inclusive)
Type of Commission:
(a) Permanent Commission -> On successful completion of 4 years of the course cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.
(b) Grant of Commission -> On successful completion of total 04 years training, the candidates will be commissioned in the rank of Lt. They will be granted seniority on overall order of merit of the three technical institutes combined i.e. CME, MCTE, MCEME and in case the date of commissioning coincides with that of IMA, Dehradun, they will be placed en-block junior to IMA (NDA / ACC / DE Course) but above TGC / UES course.
Stipend / Pay and Allowances: The candidates will be given a stipend of ₹ 21,000/- p.m. (₹ 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of ₹ 5,400/-) as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training. On completion of 4 Years training they will be commissioned in the rank of Lt and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank.
Educational Qualification: Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized education board are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility condition for calculating PCM % of various state / central boards will be based on marks obtained in class XII only.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates (based on cut off marks) will be called for Interview. Short listed candidates will be put through Services Selection Board (SSB) interview at Bhopal, Bangalore or Allahabad. Interviews will be held in February / March 2016 onwards.
