Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer). It shall be relaxed by 10 years for PwD-General, 13 years for PwD-OBC and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Executive Director (Finance) -> First class graduate with Associate/ Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Management Accountants of India with minimum 20 Years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts Division.

General Manager (R&D) -> First class Masters degree & Ph.D. in relevant discipline. 17 years Post Doctoral experience.

Assistant General Manager (HRD) -> First class graduate with first class MBA degree/PG Diploma with specialization in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute. He/she should have minimum 14 years of post qualification work experience.

Assistant General Manager (Security Surveillance Systems Group) -> First class B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics) degree from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. He/she should have 14 years post qualification work experience.

Chief Manager (Production) -> First class B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/ Production Engg/ Mechanical degree from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. MBA Degree in Production Management is desirable. He/she should have 12 years post qualification work experience with minimum 02 years experience.

Chief Manager (Microwave) -> First class BE/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engg.) degree & M.Tech degree in Microwave Engg. from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. He/she should possess over 12 years post qualification experience.

Senior Technical Manager (Microwave) -> First class BE/B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engg.) degree & M.Tech degree in Microwave Engg. from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. He/she should possess over 10 years post qualification experience.

Senior Technical Manager (Railway Systems & Production) -> First class B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics Engg from a recognized University/ Institute with good Academic Record. He/she should have minimum experience of 10 years.

Senior Technical Manager (Quality Control) -> First class B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with good Academic record. He /she should have minimum experience of 10 years.

Senior Manager (Marketing) -> First class B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/ Institute with good Academic Record. He/she should possess over 10 years post qualification experience.

Technical Manager (Quality Control) -> First class B.E/B.Tech degree in Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/ Institute with good Academic Record. He/she should have minimum experience of 08 years.

Technical Manager (Security Surveillance Systems Group) -> First class B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics) degree from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. He/she should have 08 years post qualification work experience.

Assistant Manager (Civil Engineering) -> First class BE/B.Tech (Civil) degree
from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record and with minimum 04 years experience.


Marketing Officer -> First class B.E./B.Tech (Electronics Engg) with MBA degree in Sales/Marketing from a recognized University/ Institute, with proficiency in computers. He/she should have minimum 02 years of post qualification experience.

Medical Officer -> M.B.B.S/M.D degree from a recognized University/Institute with 02 years post qualification experience.

Personnel Officer -> First class Graduate with MBA/two years Post Graduate Diploma/Program in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.

Officer (ERP) -> First class BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. The candidate should have minimum 02 years of post qualification experience.

Assistant Security Officer -> First class Degree in any discipline, preferably Diploma in Fire/ Safety from a recognized University/ Institute with 12 years experience.

Training-in-charge -> B.E./B.Tech/Equivalent degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 10 years experience.

Management Trainee (Finance) -> First class Degree, preferably in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA.

Senior Personal Assistant -> First class Degree from a recognized University/Institute with a speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting on computers with minimum 02 years of relevant Experience.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
