Pattern of question paper of IIT JAM 2015: The question paper of IIT-JAM was divided in three sections. Questions of each section were different as given below:
Section-1: This section contained 30 multiple choice questions each consisted of one or two marks. Each question had four choices. Only one choice was correct answer.
Section-2: This section contained 10 multiple choice questions carrying two marks each. There may be one or more choices that were correct in four choices.
Section-3: This section contained total 20 numerical type questions. Each question carried one or two marks.
