Sr. Scientific Officer	Ph.D in Rubber/ Polymer Technology or M.Tech in Rubber Technology/ Polymer Technology or M.Sc. Chemistry/ B.Tech in Polymer Science/ Rubber Technology.
Junior Scientific Assistant	M. Sc in Chemistry/ B.Tech Rubber Technology ORDiploma in Rubber Polymer/ Chemical Engg.
Junior Laboratory Assistant	B.Sc. in Chemistry OR Diploma in Rubber Technology/ Chemical Engg.
