Professional  Assistant (Library)	i) M.Lib.Sc/ MLISc. with 50% marks OR PG Degree (Science/ Arts/ Commerce) with 50% marks & B.L.I.Sc/B.Lib.Sc. with 50% marks. ii) Computer Science paper at Graduate /PG level or six month computer science course.
Senior Assistant	i) Bachelor/Master degree with 50% marks & 6 diploma in office Management/ computer application/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts. OR Graduate Degree with 50% marks in office Management/ computer application/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts. ii) 4 yrs experience
Semi-Professional Assistant (Library)	i) Bachelor in Commerce/ Arts / Science 50% marks. ii) B.Lib.Sc / B.L.I. Sc. with 50% marks. iii) Course in Computer Application at Graduate / PG level or Six months Computer Science course.
Assistant	i) Bachelor/Master degree with 50% marks & 6 diploma in Computer Science paper at Graduate /PG level or six month computer science course OR Bachelor Degree with 50% marks in Computer Science paper at Graduate /PG level or six month computer science course ii) 2 yrs experience
