Eligibility:
(1) From amongst those holding analogous post in a regular capacity in other Ministries or Departments of Government of India or Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings (OR)
(2) Lower Division Clerk in Pay Band-1 In the scale of pay of ₹ 5200-20,200 plus Grade Pay of ₹ 1900/-with eight years regular service having experience in the field of Personnel, Establishment and Accounts matters.
