Qualification & Experience:-

State Urban Health Planning Manager	i) PG degree in Social Science/ Social Work with MBA (except finance). ii) Should have proficiency in MS office.
Consultant (M & E)	i) PG degree/ diploma in preventive social medicine/ Community Medicine OR MBBS with 5 yrs. experience. ii) Should have proficiency in MS office.
Consultant (Community Process)	i) PG degree in social work/ Social Science with 5 yrs. post qualification experience. ii) Should have proficiency in MS office.
State Finance Manager	i) CA / CFA with B.Com. ii) PG degree in Commerce with 2 yrs. post qualification.
Health MIS Manager	PG degree or graduate in Computer Application OR M.Sc in Statistics with 2 yrs. experience.
Computer Assistant	Graduate & diploma/ certificate course in Computer Application.
Data Entry Operator	Graduate & diploma/ certificate course in Computer Application.

Applicants should deposit the fee Rs. 100/- (DD) Demand Draft in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
