Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Southern Region Chennai has published recruitment advertisement for the following Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts in various offices. The closing date for receipt of applications is 27th April 2015.

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 Years. Relaxation - 03 Years for OBC, up to 40 Years for Departmental Candidates and Central Govt Employees.
Essential Qualification:
Photographer ->
(1) 03 Years Diploma in Photography.
(2) Three Years Experience in various branches of photography, colour processing and maintenance of photographic equipment's in any Governments / Semi-Government . Statutory / Autonomous Organisation or Public Sector Undertaking or in any recognized Institution.
Junior Chemist ->
(1) Post Graduate in Chemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Oil Technology or Food Technology. (OR)
(2) Bachelor pf Science Degree with Chemistry as on of the subjects (OR) Bachelor of Sciences (Hons) in Chemistry or equivalent with Two Years experience in analytical work.
Application Fee: Rs.50/- in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) which are available in all Post Offices. The fee exemption for all category women candidates, SC / ST and PWD Candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates Shortlisted on the basis of their educational qualifications, academic records, percentage of marks etc. or through a screening test at the discretion of the Commission. Shortlisted Applicants undergo a WRITTEN PROFICENCY TEST and INTERVIEW.
The applications duly filled in prescribed format (Available in SSC Southern Region Official Website (www.sscsr.gov.in)
or refer Employment News Paper 28th March 2015 Issue Page No.13 to 18) along with self attested copies of certificates should be submitted to "The Regional Director (SR) Staff

In the case of residents of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad the Closing Date shall be 04/05/2015.
