West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti (WBHFW) releases notification for the recruitment of various vacancies of Audiologist, Audiometric Assistant & Instructor posts. Candidates can apply 25-05-2015.

Qualification:-

Post Name	Qualification
Audiologist	Graduate Degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology/ B.Sc (Speech & Hearing).
Audiometric Assistant	1 year diploma in Hearing, Language & Speech (DHLS)
Instructor	Diploma in Training Young Deaf & Hearing Handicapped (DTYDHH).

Application Fee:-

• Rs. 100/- can be paid in the form of Demand draft drawn in the favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.

• Desirous/ eligible candidates can apply online through the website(www.wbhealth.gov.in).
• Candidates needs to upload scanned copy of photograph & signature in the online form.
• After completing online form, take printout of application form & enclose xerox copies of testimonials/documents in support of qualification, experience, caste, age proof certificates & original demand draft.
