Qualifications & Experience:
General Manager (Business Development) ->
(1) Essential - Graduate in Engineering or Technology and MBA with Marketing Management as elective.
(2) Preferable - PG Diploma in International Marketing/ Export Marketing/ International Business.
(3) Experience - Minimum experience of 20 years after Graduation of which; Minimum 10 years in Business Development of an industry; and Minimum 5 years in Business Development of an industry after MBA.
Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (OL) ->
(1) Essential -    M.A in Hindi with 55% marks having Hindi/English as one of the subjects at Graduation level.
(2) Preferable - Knowledge of Telugu.
(3) Experience - 6 years in case of Deputy Manager. 4 years in case of Assistant Manager.
Manager (Melt) ->
(1) 60% of marks in Degree in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 7 yrs. post qualificationexperience in relevant field.
(2) Essential Experience - Experience in handling:- Minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace in reputed Steel Plant and Minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Ladle Refining Furnace(LRF) & Vacuum Degassing(VD)/ Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization (VOD) Furnace in reputed Steel Plant.
(4) Preferred Experience - Experience on EBT type of Electric Arc Furnace is preferred. Experience on combined VD/VOD furnace is preferred. Must be able to operate the furnaces independently.
Junior Manager (Melt) ->
(1) 60% of marks in Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 6 years postqualification experience in relevant field.
(2) Essential Experience - Experience in handling:- Minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace in reputed Steel Plant and Minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Ladle Refining Furnace(LRF) & Vacuum Degassing(VD)/ Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization (VOD) Furnace in reputed Steel Plant.

Junior Assistant (Personal Staff for Directors) ->
(1) Graduate with relevant certificate in PC Operation or Graduation having PC Operation (MS Office) as one of the subjects, is essential, with pass in lower stenography (English) and should possess a speed of 100 words per minute for shorthand and 40 words per minute for typing respectively.
(2) Experience - Minimum of 2 yrs post qualification experience in a PSU/ large Organization as Personal Staff to Senior Management.
