National Judicial Academy (NJA), Bhopal issued Employment notification for seeking well qualified and hard working candidates for recruitment of Assistant Professors and Assistant Manager (Hospitality) on deputation or contract basis. The vacancies are against permanent posts and incumbents selected for appointment on contract shall be initially appointed for three years with first year of service on probation. The last date for receipt of applications is 10th April 2015.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Professor -> Doctorate (Ph.D) with good academic record and at least three years of experience with good research/teaching record or development work, as evinced by research publications in journal of repute and/or developmental project report. (OR) LL.M. with good academic record with at least five years of relevant experience with good research / training record or development work as evinced by research publications in journal of repute and/or developmental project report.
Assistant Manager (Hospitality) -> Three years Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from any Government recognized institute. At-least 2 years experience in hospitality sector or a Institute with Guest House facility for 50 rooms.
Age Limit: Minimum - 18 Years, Maximum - up to 56 Years.

Educational Qualifications:
Deputy Librarian ->
(a) Masters degree in Library Science from a recognized university.
(b) Must have overall working experience of at least 10 years managing a large national level institute, out of which minimum 05 years of working experience in the law library of a nationally reputed law academy or university or institute in the capacity and grade of assistant Librarian. Should posses sound knowledge of application of IT in the Law Library, digital law library resources and their efficient dissemination. Sound in oral and written communication in English.
Research Fellow ->
(a) LL.B. with good academic record with 5 years of experience as a Judicial Officer or in teaching, and/or experience in research at the Judicial Academy/National Level Institution/University (OR)
(b) An outstanding jurist/scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge. (Period spent for obtaining the research degrees shall not be counted for experience purpose).
Computer System Administrator -> MCA or B.Tech or Master Degree in Computers with 2 years experience in relevant field.
Assistant Maintenance Engineer / Estate officer ->
(a) Degree in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years experience of maintenance work in any organization.
(b) Knowledge of Computer application and proficiency in English language is desirable.
Maintenance Supervisor cum Technical Assistant ->
(a) Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical / Civil/Mechanical/Air-conditioning Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
(b) Experience - Two years experience in similar nature of service.
(c) Desirable Experience - in managing Guest House/ Hostels and Hotel Industries.
