SJVN Limited invites applications from Diploma and ITI Qualified candidates (who are domicile of Himachal Pradesh state) for undergoing one year apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act, 1961(as amended from time to time) in various trades. Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years as on 21st Dec 2015. Age Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
Stipend: For Diploma Holders - ₹ 8,000/- Per Month; For ITI - ₹ 5,000/- Per Month.
Required Qualification:
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices -> Full time Diploma in Engineering in relevant branch, from Institute/ University recognized by AICTE.
Technician (ITI) Apprentices -> Minimum 10th Pass and two years ITI course in relevant Branch / Trade.
Selection Process: There will be no Interview. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in Matriculation examination (10th) and ITI Course/ Diploma. The shortlisted candidates will be informed through post along with uploading of list on SJVN website.

Required Qualifications:
Executive Trainee (Public Relations) -> Graduate with two years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations or Mass Communications from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
Executive Trainee (Resettlement & Rehabilitation) -> Graduate with two years full time Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management or Social Work from a recognized University/ Institute of India.
Assistant Trainee -> Graduate Degree in any discipline from recognized University with Typing Speed of 30 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Hindi.
Selection Process: The candidates will be required to undergo a Screening Test (Written test) and Trade Test (Typing Test). The typing test would be conducted on the computers and not on type-writer.
How to Apply: Applications in the prescribed format along with attested / self attested copies of testimonials in support of age, education, Employment card, experience, SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc. should be sent only by ordinary post to the AGM (P&A), RECRUITMENT CELL, SJVN LIMITED, HIMFED BUILDING, NEW SHIMLA - 171 009 (HP).
