The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (Statutory body under an Act of Parliament) invites applications for recruitment of Directors, Research Associate, Section Officer and Assistant Engineer at its Headquarters, Regional Offices & ICSI-CCGRT, Navi Mumbai.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

DIRECTOR (Academics) ->

(1) Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. (OR)
(2) Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India / Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
(3) Experience - A minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in teaching, research or industry. The incumbent should have published minimum four research papers in the area of specialisation in reputed National /International journals. 

Deputy Director (Research) ->

(1) Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed.
(2) Good academic record with MPhil degree in Economics/ Law / Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D qualification and NET pass candidates.
(3) Experience - A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Teaching, Research or Industry. The candidate must have proven track record in academics & research with good knowledge of Companies Act, Corporate Laws, Economic Laws and general economic scenario.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (International Relations) ->

(1) CS/ MBA and Masters in Economics. The knowledge of foreign language is preferable.
(2) Experience - A minimum of 3 years post Qualification Experience of collaborating with International Institutions, Bodies, Public Bodies, Emabassy, Consulates and experience in Event Management, Organizing Public Events, Mega Event at National and International Level.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE ->

(1) Master’s Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed.
(2) Good academic record with MPhil degree in Economics/ Law / Commerce/ Management/ Accounts/ Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D qualification and NET pass candidates.
(3) Experience - A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Teaching, Research or Industry. The candidate must have proven track record in academics & research with good knowledge of Companies Act, Corporate Laws, Economic Laws and general economic scenario.

SECTION OFFICER (LAW) ->

(1) Degree in Law / LL.M. with 50% marks from a recognized University.
(2) Experience - 3 years post qualification experience of dealing with legal matters in Government /Semi Government/ Industry / Autonomous Bodies.

ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION) ->

(1)  BE/ B Tech (Civil/ Electrical) from recognized / reputed University.
(2) Experience - 3 years post qualification experience in Government /Semi Government/ Industry / Autonomous Bodies.

Selection Process: Written Test and Interview.
