Educational Qualification (as on 30/11/2015):
Deputy Manager (Law) –>
(1) Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years integrated Law course from a recognized University in India.
(2) Experience - Law Graduates who have enrolled as Advocates with Bar Council and minimum 2 years active experience as practicing Advocate (or) Two years' experience as Law officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks / Financial Institutions (as mentioned in the web page of Indian Banks' Association under the link Member Associate) & State Level Development Financial Institutions. The experience should be after enrolment as advocate with Bar Council.

(3) MCA from Government recognized University or institution.
(4) Experience in computer programming in a reputed organization where available, would be desirable.

Selection Process: Online Written Test and Interview. The test will be conducted tentatively on 17/01/2016 The date of test will be uploaded on Bank's website and also advised to the candidates through SMS and e mails. Candidates will be required to download the call letters. The test may be held at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bangalore, Bhopal, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Jammu, Srinagar, Chennai, Madurai, Guwahati, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata / Greater Kolkata, Lucknow, Varanasi, Mumbai / Greater Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Dehradun, Jaipur, New Delhi/ Delhi / NCR, Patna, Ranchi, Ernakulam & Trivandrum centres.
Application Fee: ₹ 100 (Intimation Charge Only) for SC / ST / PWD; ₹ 600/- (Application Feeincluding Intimation Only) for General and Others. The fee can be made through Online Payment during filling Online Application.

Remuneration:
Vice President – Compliance (Company Secretary) -> The total emoluments (CTC) will be ₹ 24 lacs. No perquisites. For 2nd year - ₹ 24 lacs + 10% performance based variable pay and for 3rd year - ₹ 24 lacs + 20% performance based variable pay. However, remuneration is negotiable for suitable candidates within a band of 24-30 lacs. Reimbursement of MedicalInsurance premium for self and family of not exceed 2 children, amount not exceed ₹ 0.30 lacs, shall be paid extra.
For all other posts -> The total emoluments (CTC) will be ₹ 18 lacs per annum. No perquisites. For 2nd year - ₹ 18 lacs + 10% performance based variable pay and for 3rd year - ₹ 18 lacs + 20% performance based variable pay. However, remuneration is negotiable for suitable candidates.
Qualification & Experience:
Vice President (Customer Relationship Management, Credit & Operations Analytics) -> Master’s / Doctoral degree in Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research from reputed university. Minimum 05 Years Experience.

Minimum 07 Years Experience.
Technology Architect -> BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation (OR) M.Sc in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (OR) MCA from Government recognized University / Institutes. Minimum 10 Years Experience.
Vice President (Human Resources) -> MBA (HR) from reputed university / Institute. Minimum 07 Years Experience.
Vice President – Compliance (Company Secretary) -> Candidate should essentially be Post Graduate and fellow membership of the institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidate with additional degree in Law / Chartered Accountants / MBA (Finance) from reputed A Grade B-School / CA IIB are preferred. Minimum 07 Years Experience.
